Disorderly conduct -- conviction sustained. The defendants were engaged in picketing the residence of the foreman of the Flour City Ornamental Iron Company, some of whose employes were on strike. Amongst other inscriptions on their banners was, ""A scab lives here."" This was conduct which had a tendency to cause and did cause a breach of the peace and was sufficient to sustain a conviction of disorderly conduct under the Minneapolis ordinance.
